Workshop summary The workshop was held on Monday, November 28, 2011 and Tuesday, November 29, 2011 (8:30 am – 6:30 pm) at IAS conference room - 23 avenue Edouard Belin - Complexe Scientifique de Rangueil - 31400 Toulouse– France. Workshop cluster more than 100 attendees; lunches and coffee break were sponsored by CNES CCT MCE. A buffet / cocktail party was held on Monday evening.
